Three products for a ten-location barbershop franchise: the app customers book on, the site that sells them, and the dashboard the owner runs on.
WIZART is a real barbershop franchise with ten locations across Cyprus. They needed more than a website, so I built three separate products that share one design language: a customer-facing mobile app, a public marketing site, and an owner analytics dashboard.
All three are production-quality front ends running on realistic mock data, clearly labelled as such in the UI — the client sees exactly what the product will be before a backend exists. Backend integration is in progress on the multi-tenant core I'm building as BarberApp.
All three are showcase builds on mock data — the point is the product thinking, not a live backend.
A ten-location barbershop franchise with a strong physical brand and almost no digital one — bookings over the phone and Instagram DMs, and an owner with no single view of how ten shops were actually performing.
Directly with the owner, in iterations. I translated the in-shop brand into a digital design language, then delivered in three separate pieces — customer app, marketing site, owner dashboard — so there was something concrete to react to at every step. Every demo runs on realistic data and says so honestly, so decisions were made on substance, not smoke.
Three production-quality front ends sharing one brand: the app customers will book on, the site that sells the shops, and the dashboard that finally shows the owner revenue, occupancy and staff performance across all ten locations. The backend is being built on this foundation now.
